"Exactly what I expected"
I ordered a pan and a few towels, and they showed up looking just like the photos. The sizes and colors were right on, which was a relief. No weird surprises or unnecessary hassle, just what I ordered.

"Good service, but poor communication"
The service itself was fine once everything finally happened, but they rescheduled on me twice and didn’t really keep me updated. I get that things come up, but a little more communication would’ve made the whole experience way less frustrating.

"Turned Out Better Than I Expected"
I ordered a cutting board with my sister’s name engraved on it, and I wasn’t totally sure what to expect. Personalized stuff can be hit or miss, especially with how the lettering ends up looking. But when it arrived, I was really happy with it. The engraving was clean, centered, and didn’t look too faint or awkward. It actually felt like someone took the time to check it before sending it out. Shipping took about as long as they said it would, so no issues there. My sister loved it, and it made the gift feel a lot more personal. I’d definitely order something customized from them again.

"Love the store... but the online inventory is frustrating!!"
I do like shopping at Williams Sonoma... they have great stuff, and when something is actually in stock, the order usually goes smoothly and ships just fine!! But the online inventory drives me a little crazy sometimes. A few times I’ve ordered something that said it was available, and then later I got an email saying it was backordered... or even canceled altogether?? It’s just annoying because I wouldn’t have wasted the time if the site had been more accurate. I’ll still shop there, but I really wish they’d update the inventory better!!!

"It showed up later than expected…"
It showed up later than expected, which was a bit annoying, but at least it arrived in good shape. What bothered me more were the aggressive reminder messages asking for feedback before I even had the chance to properly check the item. Overall, the product was okay, just not the smoothest experience.

"Works Well, If You Enjoy Surprise Hot Handles"
It cooks evenly and cleanup is easy, so that’s nice. The only fun little catch is that the handles get hot, which I guess is great if you like being reminded not to touch things while cooking.

My order arrived later than expected, which was a little annoying, but everything was packed really well and nothing was damaged. So yeah, not perfect timing, but overall it turned out fine.

"Pretty Smooth Pickup Overall"
I ordered online and picked it up in store, and overall it was easy. The staff was super nice, which I appreciated, but I did end up waiting about 10 minutes. Not a huge deal though, everything went smoothly in the end. WOULD DO IT AGAIN

"Really happy with this Vitamix"
Bought a Vitamix from Williams Sonoma really happy with it so far. Blends frozen fruit super smooth and doesn’t get that hot smell like my old blender did. Shipping was fast too. Wasn’t cheap, but works really well, so no regrets.

"Loved It at First, Then the Drama Began"
I ordered a pan from Williams Sonoma and, at first, I was thrilled. It looked gorgeous right out of the box and I thought, okay, this is going to be my new kitchen superstar. But after a few months, the coating started wearing down way more than I expected, which was kind of a dramatic letdown considering the price. It’s still usable, so it’s not a total disaster, but I really thought it would hold up longer. Shipping was totally fine, no complaints there, but overall I’m left feeling mixed about the quality

"I do like some of the things I’ve…"
I do like some of the things I’ve bought from Williams Sonoma, but wow... dealing with customer service was kind of frustrating. I just had a simple question about an order, and I kept getting bounced from one person to another without ever getting a clear answer. Everyone was polite enough, sure, but not actually very helpful? It ended up taking way longer than it needed to. Not a terrible experience, but i expected better.

"Frustrating shopping experience and nobody seems to own the issues"
I tried shopping on Williams Sonoma and it was way more annoying than it should’ve been. The pages were loading slowly, the filters kept clearing themselves, and my cart randomly swapped or changed items twice. Checkout was clunky too, and I had to re-enter information even though I’d already put it in. What made it worse is that it’s not even clear who’s responsible for fixing this stuff, the site experience feels like it’s falling through the cracks. For such a well-known store, the website feels really outdated. I eventually gave up and ordered from somewhere else.

"I stopped in to ask about…"
I stopped in to ask about a pan set, and it felt like I was bothering the staff just by being there. One person did help me a little, but they seemed kind of annoyed the whole time. The store itself looked nice and had a good setup, but the customer service made me not want to buy anything there. Like, I came in ready to spend money and left feeling unwelcome… make it make sense

I bought this pan set and the quality is definitely good, so no complaints there. That said, my first instinct was that it felt a little overpriced for what you actually get, and I still feel that way. The sale made it easier to justify, but I’m not sure I’d call it a great value overall

"I expected a lot more from Williams…"
I expected a lot more from Williams Sonoma. Just going off my gut, the selection felt kind of narrow for a store at this price point. A lot of the things I was interested in were either out of stock or only came in a couple colors or sizes. Some categories looked promising at first, but once I clicked in, there really wasn’t much to choose from. The quality and style are nice, but I figured I’d have way more options.

"Easy enough and did the job"
I used this for my wedding registry, it was straightforward. I kind of go by the rule of “if nobody’s asking me questions, it’s probably working,” and none of our guests seemed confused. Adding items was simple, and it didn’t take much thought to figure out. One thing did go out of stock faster than I expected, which was a little annoying, but overall it worked fine and made the registry part one less thing to stress about.

"Pretty easy replacement process"
Some of my stuff got damaged, and they basically took care of it without making it a big thing. The replacement process was simple, and I didn’t really have to go back and forth much. Overall, it was a smooth enough experience.

"Nice stuff, but the wait and quality were a bit disappointing"
I’ve ordered a few things from Williams Sonoma, and it’s been kind of a mixed experience. Some of the items are really nice and feel worth it, but one pan scratched way faster than I expected, especially for the price. I also got frustrated with the waiting, since it felt like things took longer than they should have. Not a terrible experience, but I expected a little better overall.

“Because they are scamming to show higher sales numbers. Their systems can't even handle an address change ( when my order was delayed 5 months I needed the address changed due to a move).”
